With the 2007 Border Governor’s Conference in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), Sonora , Mexico approaching, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger today met with Governor Eduardo Bours of Sonora, Mexico .
The two Governors discussed their plans for this year’s Conference and the transition of hosting the 2008 Border Governor’s Conference in California .
